In terms of chassis, brakes, suspension, and ergonomics, the EC 300 doesn’t hold back. It comes with long-travel WP suspension both front and rear (300 mm), allowing it to soak up big hits, drops, and rough ground. The braking setup is strong—large rotors with reliable calipers—giving you confidence to brake hard without fear of fade. The high ground clearance and tall seat height mean it’s ready for real enduro work, whether you’re climbing steep hills, threading between rocks, or working through deep mud.
That said, the EC 300 demands respect. Its tall seat height and physicality mean it's best suited to riderrs with good strength and endurance; it can be tiring in slow technical sections or during long rides. Fuel range will also be something to plan for, given its power output and tank size. Maintenance is more involved, especially when you’re pushing it aggressively or fighting harsh terrain. But for those who can manage those trade-offs, the 2025 GASGAS EC 300 is a beast of a bike that rewards with performance, agility, and the ability to take on extreme terrain with fewer compromises.
