Built on Polaris’s proven AXYS RMK platform, the Khaos version took things a step further by reconfiguring the rear suspension with the new Walker Evans Velocity shocks and a geometry tweak that shifted the sled’s handling character. This gave it a more lively, poppy ride—perfect for riders who love to jump, wheelie, slash, and play across natural terrain features rather than just point-and-climb. The shorter 155-inch Series 6 track, with its 2.6-inch lugs, offered a sweet spot for maneuverability and traction, making the sled ideal for aggressive riding in tight trees and sidehill lines, while still retaining enough floatation for deep snow.
Powering the Khaos is the Polaris 850 Patriot engine, which quickly earned praise for its strong mid-range punch, excellent throttle response, and overall reliability.
